Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During promotional periods or high-demand launches, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Within the UAE

We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the UAE — no minimum order value, no hidden charges.

International Shipping

Dr. Noor Lab ships to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times and rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delays and Lost Packages

While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or courier logistics beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@drnoorlab.com with your order number, and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Dr. Noor Lab is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
